Retail Therapy and An Escape to Heaven

count one to three. i ask myself, if i spin around long enough to make everything blurry, will it stay that way forever?

maybe in a fairy tale where there's 'happily ever after'. but just like a ballerina twirling ever so gracefully, the spinning has to come to an end, eventually. so being one who hates the post-effect of spinning, i decide to stop short of suffering from vertigo - and go for the one therapy that works for all girls. :)

only, i don't buy clothes. just books. :)))) a cup of coffee, a friend for company, and three good books. one of which must be a mindless chick-lit. :D this time, i picked sophie kinsella's 'the confessions of a shopaholic', forgetting that i read it years ago. but fret not, for i shall exchange it for another book today. ;)

stayed up till 15 to six this morning to finish the book. ahhhh~~ nothing like a book, an imagination and a cuppa steaming hazelnut latte to bring me to cloud nine. :) of course, nothing could beat a steaming bowl of Ah Beng's asam laksa. but one has to settle for second best. after all, beggars can't be choosers. :P

well. toodles! am off to Borders! :)
