My 1st 30-Day Project: Food Diary

what a day! just got home. i was going to stay up and work on all my assignments before I get some sleep, but after a long night of work and constant worrying about my unfinished assignments, untouched midterms, unread journals and articles, i've got a stomach full of gastric acid attacking me right now, i can't think straight let alone read anything or use my brain. :(

but! as i'm typing this and feeling the pain from my gastritis, i also just signed up for my first 30-day project that i mentioned some posts before, and i'm really excited bout it and need to announce it to the whole world (which technically only consists of me and a handful of friends and fam who read this :P)!! the plan was initially to work on something more intellectual, but with so much on my plate, i don't think i can handle anymore intellectual stuff. so i'm postponing that project and choosing to work on a 30-day food diary instead. :))  i'm naming my project Food Diary: 1-800-Eat-Well.  :))

alright that's the intro to my project. i can't write anymore my stomach's killing me, and i need to hit the sack now now now. but here's the deal: i will blog about my food diary every day for the next 30 days (starting tomorrow), jotting down what i've eaten and some thoughts along with it (food related of course). the idea is not to lose weight or to become a health fanatic such that i won't consume an ounce of fat or carb at all costs, but rather it's to make myself more aware of what i consume. blogging about it is merely to share with whoever's reading this, and maybe provide some form of entertainment. :P  don't know how i'm gonna do this yet, but we'll find out soon enough! :)

so, tomorrow - i'll be writing about what i ate the day before (which is today). hmm... does Antacid count? i wonder. heh. anyway. till tomorrow! :))
