What's up with today? I usually have a lot to say. About food and everything else.
But not today. Nope-
Perhaps I'm not feeding myself right.
That's what tons of homework do to you--you'd rather stay in and have cup noodles than go out and hunt for good healthy food. (I mean- it's more like there's no choice but to do so.)
What did I have the whole day yesterday? 2 slices of pizza a little past midnight and some hot green tea to make myself feel better after chowing down the greasy unhealthy food; ceasar's salad (which really only has lettuce, scarce amount of shredded carrots, a few cherry tomatoes, and grated cheese. in short, not very appetizing); peanut butter! (what seems to be my daily diet); and coffee, when I get to work (absolute necessity to start my night and to function right).
Yeah. So- I'm off for a run now (or more like a hop-walk, since I injured my left calf and it's not entirely healed yet). Tonight if I'm lucky, I might be able to get something better than just other people's leftover pizzas and salad. :) Happy Thursday everyone!
