New York Part 2

It's St. Patrick's Day, wear green, or you'll be pinched! I wore my green Tee underneath my big bomber jacket and the white jacket that says "You've gotta kiss many frogs to find a prince". :P And on St. Patrick's Day, what do they do, you ask?! Err... Drink till you drop?!

I was a good girl that night though, didn't drink. :) So we took crazy pics like this. ;) Diane and Chean advertising for Sony cyber-whatever-the-model-is camera. They were so awed at the fact that both of them have the exact same cam. But I think it's partly the I-can't-believe-I'm-in-New-York-high that got them so hyped up.. hehe.

This lady miming some stuff. So very cute. And I just love the backdrop. Chean thought the subway stations were a bit creepy and dodgy. I thought otherwise. I mean yes there is a tinge of those feelings, but I like the old-ness of it, I dunno why... maybe it feels like it can bring you to the past, as if there is a connection between now and then. Different times different people yet both shared a common transportation. Well it wasn't so long ago, and it's not that old. But still. It's still fun to think this way.

Like maybe, if you close your eyes and say some special magic words, you can step into the picture of a totally different world. Or when you're in the subway and it accidentally transports you to a different dimension... back to the sixties or fifties. Haahahha sorry... too much imagination there. :P Blame the tv influence on me.. heh. :P

And this is a collage of Aaron (Jess' UN team partner), Jess, moi and Chean on Central Park and subway.

Aaahhh snowwwwww :)

I didn't take a lot of pictures in this whole trip. But of the few I've taken, I reckon this one and the one below were my best shots. :) Cuz I didn't only captured the snow that I go crazy about, but also them ladies having one of the best moments of their lives, their carefree spirits laughing away. :) Charming. And always so heartwarming. ;)

Their smiles lit up my day, warm me from within. Suddenly I don't feel so cold anymore. :)
